Welcome to 3rd grade!
During my time at Blanchard I have taught many different grades. Last year was my first year teaching third grade and I loved it! This year I am enjoying getting to know everybody and seeing the wonderful progress that my hard workers are making. When I was in school, my favorite subject was science. As a third grade teacher I love teaching everything! I am looking forward to our immigration unit this year and our field trip to the Lowell mills.
When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my husband and my daughter. We like to hike and travel. The most adventurous place I've been to is Alaska. We took a helicopter ride and landed on a glacier! I've always wanted to visit Germany.

This is my third year at Blanchard. Last year I worked in Mrs. Pavlik's second grade class. It was fun moving to third grade along with many of my students from last year! When I was in school my favorite subject was math. As a teacher, I love teaching science and read aloud is my favorite part of the day!
Outside of work I like to spend time reading and writing. I love to travel and enjoy making mini scrapbooks about my adventures. During my study abroad year, I lived in England and had a chance to travel to many exciting places! I've slept in airports in Spain, visited the Roman Baths, and trekked to Pompeii.
